does anyone know if i join the patreon today will i get acess to this map to be able to help with testing

You have to be a patreon member to download this map.
You have to become a patron if you want to be part of early testing, otherwise you have to wait till it is finished
can you use all current equipment on this map or does it require special planter seeders ETC.
It's special equipment, particularly with seeders/planters. If you search Row Crop Ready you can find some. Rooster and Squatch I know for sure have some.
